Two Questions and Two Tools

All parents should ask ourselves these two questions:

  1. What does my child hear or see when I make a mistake?
  2. What does my child hear or see when he makes a mistake?

Based on our answers to these two questions, you and I need to figure out how we can become better models of learning from mistakes, and how we can teach our children to learn from mistakes.

Two tools can help us:

  1. Modeling good problem solving.
  2. Teaching our children to set and achieve goals.

Watch for more about these two topics soon.
